No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half hour prior to closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.
The application fee is $30 for every adult 18 and older that will be occupying the apartment with a $250 holding deposit due at time of application. There is also a $100 administrative fee due at move in. You may pay the application fee in our leasing office with a check or online by credit card. If you choose to pay with a credit card, a small processing fee will apply. All application fees are non-refundable.
Applications may be found under the floor plans tab of our property website, or you can stop by the office for a paper application during normal business hours.
Every resident is responsible for setting up an account with Xcel Energy to pay for electricity and gas based on your own usage. For water, sewer, and trash we have a flat rate system at Fox Hill: $50 for a one-bedroom, $65 for a two-bedroom, and $80 for a three-bedroom.
Security deposits start at $250.00.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
We allow up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, in each apartment home. Any number of pets living in the apartment will then require a one time, pet deposit of $300. The monthly pet rent is $35 per home.

Testimonials
FoxHill Apartments are a wonderful place for my family and I. Nice and quiet; close to parks, walking trails and shopping. The views are breathtaking. Maintenance response time is great. Best of all is that I like the staff. They are very nice and the best in customer service. They are a joy! I love this area.

These apartments are in a beautiful location in Golden, in my opinion the best place to live near/outside of Denver. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my questions/needs as a resident. It was hard to leave this gem behind, but when I moved out of state the managers were great in making sure I understood the process of moving out. Great place to call home!

Love Fox Hill! The location is ideal for anyone looking for a nice, relaxed, neighborhood on the quieter side. There are hiking trails right behind the complex which are good for a small or daily hike. The staff communicate well with the residents and the neighbors are friendly. The common spaces like the pool, the outdoor fire pit, grill, and lounge area, as well as the dog park are well kept and great places to relax and/or bring guests. Fox Hill feels like home!
